COMPENSATION STRUCTURE
Game Day Pay:
$200 per game – Standard Roster
$300 per game – Starting/Star Players
+$100 Bonus – Game MVPs
Payouts are processed weekly after each game.
MERCHANDISE PROFIT SHARING
Get Paid When Fans Rep Your Name.
Earn 20% of net profits from your own PFL-branded merchandise:
Jerseys with your name or number
Signature posters, nicknames, or highlight reels
5% group bonus for multi-player items (e.g. team posters)
Quarterly payouts with full merch sales reports

PLAYER ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS
Before applying, review the requirements below to confirm you qualify for the Pantheon Football League:
Minimum Requirements
Age: 18 years or older
Location: Must reside in California or Nevada (or willing to travel)
Experience: Must have played organized football (high school, college, semi-pro, or pro)
Conditioning: Must be in game-ready physical condition
Availability: Must be available for training camp, game dates, and team meetings
Required Materials
Government-issued photo ID (for age verification)
Highlight film link (YouTube, Hudl, etc.)
Optional: Resume or football bio (PDF)
Code of Conduct
All players must uphold the standards of the PFL:
No drugs, violence, or misconduct on or off the field
Respect coaches, staff, teammates, and fans
Represent the league with integrity and professionalism
