Coaching & Training Staff – Pantheon Football League
At the PFL, we believe in rewarding excellence — both on the field and on the sidelines. As a coach or member of the training staff, you’ll help shape the next generation of champions in the Arena of Gods. Below is a breakdown of our compensation model and benefits designed for our founding season.
GAME DAY PAY
All coaching and staff positions are compensated per game throughout the season. Rates vary by role:

| Assistant Coach | $200 |
| Strength & Conditioning Coach | $200 |
| Athletic Trainer / Medical Staff | $200–$300 |
Payments are processed weekly after each game via direct deposit.
PERFORMANCE BONUSES
We reward impact — not just presence. Coaches and staff are eligible for performance-based bonuses:
Division Title Bonus: +$500 per coach
Pantheon Cup Championship Bonus: +$1,000 per coach
Staff of the Year (League Selection): $500 + league-wide feature
MERCH & BRAND INCENTIVES
Select staff members with public-facing roles may receive:
10% profit share on signature merchandise (e.g., branded slogans, hats, or media content)
Special edition staff gear for fan promotions

PAYMENT SYSTEM
Payout Frequency: Every Monday (for previous week’s game)
Payment Method: Direct deposit through the league’s payroll platform
Contract & Tax Forms: W-9/1099 completion required at onboarding
